Welcome to your new way of life! I'm Tiffany, your neighborhood boundaries coach. I carry certifications in CBT (Cognitive based Therapies), Addiction Treatment: Clinical skills for health providers, from Yale University, and boundary setting. I believe that change happens by changing the systems and processes used to view life. I've used my strategy for success to write several courses and books that have helped hundreds of men, women and children set boundaries and change their lives.
